Unes mesures que ha de posar en pr\u00e0ctica l&#8217;ajudant t\u00e8cnic veterinari o <a href=\"https:\/\/eoc.cat\/ca\/curs-auxiliar-tecnic-veterinaria\/\">auxiliar de cl\u00ednica veterin\u00e0ria<\/a> i la resta del personal. I \u00e9s que no nom\u00e9s importen els recursos que s&#8217;inverteixen en el tractament dels pacients. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s rellevant l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client a la cl\u00ednica veterin\u00e0ria. El client valorar\u00e0, en gran mesura, si ha funcionat el tractament rebut per la mascota. D&#8217;aquesta manera haur\u00e0s fidelitzat un client que sabr\u00e0 que pot comptar amb tu.<\/p>\n<p>Si sou capa\u00e7os de transmetre seguretat i un optimisme fonamentat, l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;usuari ser\u00e0 plenament satisfact\u00f2ria. Un protocol comporta alguns formalismes, per\u00f2 en cap moment no perdrem el tracte obert.<\/p>\n<h2>Altres idees per a una bona atenci\u00f3 al client a la cl\u00ednica veterin\u00e0ria<\/h2>\n<p>Segur que si heu acudit a diferents cl\u00edniques veterin\u00e0ries haur\u00e0s vist alguns procediments encertats. En aquest CRM ha d&#8217;apar\u00e8ixer tot l&#8217;historial de l&#8217;animal i les notes pertinents per part dels veterinaris i del personal de la cl\u00ednica.<\/li>\n<li>Enviament de comunicacions als clients de la cl\u00ednica. Per mantenir un contacte peri\u00f2dic amb els clients \u00e9s oport\u00fa utilitzar eines com el correu electr\u00f2nic, els SMS o fins i tot <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/WhatsApp\">Whats App<\/a>. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed! el client haur\u00e0 d&#8217;acceptar pr\u00e8viament l&#8217;enviament d&#8217;aquestes comunicacions per tal de no infringir les lleis de protecci\u00f3 de dades.<\/li>\n<li>Enviament de recordatoris. Si el CRM est\u00e0 ben administrat i hem establert un sistema d\u02bbenviament de comunicacions efectiu, una bona idea seria programar l\u2019enviament de recordatoris per als clients. Per exemple, enviar un recordatori sobre la propera vacunaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;animal, segur que ser\u00e0 agra\u00eft per part del propietari. Per\u00f2 aquest punt s&#8217;ha d&#8217;abordar amb precauci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el propietari s&#8217;acostumar\u00e0 r\u00e0pidament que recordem totes les visites que ha de fer a la cl\u00ednica, per\u00f2 si oblidem alguna pot motivar-ne l&#8217;enuig.<\/li>\n<li>Enquestes de satisfacci\u00f3. Dies despr\u00e9s d\u00b4un tractament seria oport\u00fa localitzar el propietari telef\u00f2nicament per con\u00e8ixer l\u00b4estat de l\u00b4animal. Aqu\u00ed es poden descobrir els problemes en els protocols d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client o en els tractaments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En definitiva, qualsevol acci\u00f3 que pugui millorar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client o de la pr\u00f2pia mascota ajudar\u00e0 a cr\u00e9ixer la cl\u00ednica.
