Quan parlem de salut i alimentaci\u00f3 normalment ens referim a all\u00f2 que ens aporten els aliments en general. Per hi ha determinats aliments que poden ajudar a refor\u00e7ar tamb\u00e9 la nostra pr\u00f2pia dentadura, de la mateixa manera que n&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;altres que poden ser molt perjudicials. Per descomptat, hem d&#8217;acompanyar els aliments per tenir unes dents sanes amb uns h\u00e0bits d&#8217;higiene bucodental adequats.<\/p>\n<h2>Hi ha aliments per tenir unes dents sanes?<\/h2>\n<p>La resposta \u00e9s s\u00ed. \u00c9s clar que nom\u00e9s prendre&#8217;ls una vegada al mes no es produiran efectes rellevants en la nostra dentadura. En tot cas, si celebrem algun esdeveniment casual, \u00e9s preferible optar per aigua amb gas en comptes d&#8217;un refresc ensucrat. Encara que a primera inst\u00e0ncia no sembla nociu, aquest pot contenir components que tenyeixen les nostres dents, deixant-los d&#8217;un color groguenc. En tot cas, \u00e9s millor prendre te verd com a infusi\u00f3. Aquesta beguda cont\u00e9 una gran quantitat d&#8217;antioxidants que poden mantenir les barreres bucals per fer front a infeccions. A m\u00e9s, el te no taca tant les dents.<\/p>\n<p>En quart lloc, destacar els\u00a0snacks\u00a0com les patates fregides de bossa, els caramels, xiclets o les fruites deshidratades. Aquests contenen compostos, com el mid\u00f3, que s&#8217;enganxen a les dents i que puguin ser perjudicials. A m\u00e9s, contenen molts sucres afegits.<\/p>\n<p>En cinqu\u00e8 lloc, no oblidarem de reduir el consum de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques.
