I \u00e9s que es tracta d&#8217;una soluci\u00f3 molt fiable i amb una llarga vida \u00fatil, que a m\u00e9s \u00e9s capa\u00e7 d&#8217;oferir la for\u00e7a de treball necess\u00e0ria en aquesta mena d&#8217;entorns durant llargs per\u00edodes de temps. Per\u00f2 en aquest article ens centrarem en el seu funcionament, cosa que et resultar\u00e0 de gran ajuda al llarg de la teva formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest tema ser\u00e0 interessant per als nostres estudiants del <a href=\"https:\/\/eoc.cat\/ca\/curs-installador-electricista\/\">Curs d&#8217;Instal\u00b7lador Electricista<\/a> aix\u00ed com la resta de les nostres formacions de la branca t\u00e8cnica i d&#8217;electricitat.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un motor trif\u00e0sic?<\/h2>\n<p>A efectes pr\u00e0ctics, el motor trif\u00e0sic t\u00e9 un funcionament molt simple. La seva \u00fanica funci\u00f3 \u00e9s <strong>convertir l&#8217;energia el\u00e8ctrica en energia mec\u00e0nica<\/strong>. La seva estructura no \u00e9s molt diferent de la dels motors convencionals d&#8217;una sola fase. El que veritablement fa especials a aquests sistemes \u00e9s la seva <strong>capacitat per a treballar amb corrents trif\u00e0sics, \u00e9s a dir, amb tres fases<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed, <strong>es genera un camp magn\u00e8tic<\/strong> que ofereix un lliurament de pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s uniforme i eficient que la dels <strong>motors monof\u00e0sics<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s una cosa que s&#8217;aconsegueix utilitzant tres corrents alterns separades, cadascuna amb una forma d&#8217;<strong>ona sinusoidal<\/strong>, i amb un desfasament de 120 graus entre elles.<\/p>\n<h2>Components d&#8217;un motor trif\u00e0sic<\/h2>\n<p>Com veur\u00e0s m\u00e9s a continuaci\u00f3, hi ha diversos <strong>tipus de motors trif\u00e0sics<\/strong>. Per\u00f2 el que tots tenen en com\u00fa s\u00f3n els seus components: l&#8217;estator, el rotor i la carcassa.<\/p>\n<h3>Estator<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>estator<\/strong> \u00e9s la part fixa del motor. La seva funci\u00f3 \u00e9s generar un camp magn\u00e8tic giratori i est\u00e0 format pel nucli, fabricat a partir d&#8217;acer al silici, i de les bobines o debanaments que van connectats a la xarxa trif\u00e0sica. Quan el corrent el\u00e8ctric flueix a trav\u00e9s de les bobines, es genera un camp magn\u00e8tic.<\/p>\n<h3>Rotor<\/h3>\n<p>El propi nom de <strong>rotor<\/strong> pot donar-te una pista de la seva funci\u00f3. Es tracta de la part que gira despr\u00e9s de rebre l&#8217;efecte del camp magn\u00e8tic produ\u00eft per l&#8217;estator. Hi ha dos tipus. El m\u00e9s habitual, pel fet que resulta molt m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic tant el seu acoblament com els seus materials, \u00e9s el <strong>rotor de g\u00e0bia d&#8217;esquirol<\/strong>, que s&#8217;empra en els motors d&#8217;inducci\u00f3. Est\u00e0 format per barres de coure o d&#8217;alumini. I el seu curi\u00f3s nom procedeix de la seva forma, ja que s&#8217;assembla a una roda de h\u00e0mster. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha uns altres que es coneixen com a <strong>rotors bobinats<\/strong>, que inclouen unes bobines connectades a anells lliscants. Aquests \u00faltims, s\u00f3n especialment efica\u00e7os en motors que requereixen d&#8217;un alt parell inicial.<\/p>\n<h3>Carcassa<\/h3>\n<p>La carcassa \u00e9s la part del motor que brinda seguretat, protecci\u00f3 i suport a nivell mec\u00e0nic, juga un paper molt important per a garantir la integritat del motor. La carcassa protegeix la part exterior i acostuma a estar fabricada en alumini o en ferro. A m\u00e9s, la carcassa tamb\u00e9 ajuda a dissipar la calor generada pel motor, contribuint al seu correcte funcionament i durabilitat.<\/p>\n<p>En el seu interior compta amb uns coixinets sobre els quals es col\u00b7loca l&#8217;eix del rotor que assegura la correcta alineaci\u00f3 entre l&#8217;estator i el rotor. Els tres corrents alterns, com t&#8217;hem explicat, generen un camp magn\u00e8tic que impulsa el rotor i <strong>permet la rotaci\u00f3 del mecanisme<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, el seu origen es remunta a fa gaireb\u00e9 200 anys. En 1830 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalgeographic.com.es\/ciencia\/michael-faraday-fisico-cuyo-retrato-colgaba-pared-einstein_22973\">Michael Faraday<\/a> ja va descobrir el principi d&#8217;inducci\u00f3 electromagn\u00e8tica, i aquests motors l&#8217;aprofiten per a generar el moviment.<\/p>\n<p>Ara b\u00e9. Per a aplicar aquest principi als motors, hem de distingir entre els diferents tipus que podem trobar:<\/p>\n<h2>Tipus de motors trif\u00e0sics<\/h2>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 t&#8217;expliquem els 2 tipus de motors trif\u00e0sics: els d&#8217;inducci\u00f3 i els s\u00edncrons.<\/p>\n<h3>Els motors d&#8217;inducci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>Els <strong>motors d&#8217;inducci\u00f3<\/strong> s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s habituals. I <strong>tamb\u00e9 es coneixen com a motors as\u00edncrons<\/strong>. En ells l&#8217;estator, quan s&#8217;alimenta d&#8217;energia trif\u00e0sica, genera un camp magn\u00e8tic que va canviant de posici\u00f3 quan la CA oscil\u00b7la un cicle complet. I gr\u00e0cies al desfasament de 120 graus que hav\u00edem esmentat, es produeix el que es coneix com a <strong>camp magn\u00e8tic rotatori<\/strong>. El camp magn\u00e8tic de l&#8217;estator i del rotor, per tant, sempre \u00e9s oposat. Aix\u00f2 fa que el motor comenci a girar tractant d&#8217;alinear tots dos camps. Com a resultat, la inducci\u00f3 magn\u00e8tica provoca la rotaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3>Els motors s\u00edncrons<\/h3>\n<p>En els <strong>motors s\u00edncrons<\/strong>, el funcionament tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt semblant. Per\u00f2 hi ha una important difer\u00e8ncia: El rotor gira a la mateixa velocitat que el camp magn\u00e8tic giratori de l&#8217;estator. Aquesta velocitat, anomenada <strong>velocitat s\u00edncrona<\/strong>, \u00e9s directament proporcional a la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del <a href=\"https:\/\/eoc.cat\/ca\/corriente-alterna-corriente-continua\/\">corrent altern<\/a> que alimenta el motor. En altres paraules, la velocitat del motor i la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del corrent estan sincronitzades, d&#8217;aqu\u00ed el seu nom.<\/p>\n<h2>Quan \u00e9s convenient utilitzar aquests motors?<\/h2>\n<p>Els motors trif\u00e0sics tenen diverses aplicacions. La maquin\u00e0ria industrial \u00e9s la m\u00e9s coneguda, i tamb\u00e9 la m\u00e9s estesa. Per\u00f2 la seva versatilitat els permet anar molt m\u00e9s all\u00e0. Les <strong>estacions de bombament d&#8217;aigua<\/strong> i les plantes de tractament d&#8217;aig\u00fces residuals tamb\u00e9 poden aprofitar la seva pot\u00e8ncia per a treballar, i el mateix succeeix amb altres l\u00edquids com el petroli. En la <strong>ind\u00fastria petroqu\u00edmica<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;utilitzen els motors trif\u00e0sics per a processar gas natural. I, en els \u00faltims anys, l&#8217;auge dels vehicles el\u00e8ctrics tamb\u00e9 ha popularitzat aquestes solucions com a tren de pot\u00e8ncia per als cotxes, les motos i els vehicles pesants.<\/p>\n<p>Ara ja coneixes en profunditat el funcionament, les parts i la utilitat del motor trif\u00e0sic. Tot i que es tracta de m\u00e0quines molt fiables, aquests motors tamb\u00e9 han de revisar-se de tant en tant, i a causa del seu cost, en moltes ocasions \u00e9s convenient reparar-los. Per aix\u00f2, durant el teu treball diari, et trobar\u00e0s amb ells molt sovint.<\/p>\n<h2>Manteniment dels motors trif\u00e0sics<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>manteniment regular d&#8217;un motor el\u00e8ctric<\/strong> \u00e9s crucial per a assegurar el seu correcte funcionament, prolongar la seva vida \u00fatil i optimitzar la seva <strong>efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s de reduir costos i prevenir falles inesperades.
